Basic Raita
This is a basic version of the Indian cooling yogurt sauce from Priya Krishna's
Indian-ish
.
Ingredients

c
greek yogurt
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
sugar
¼
tsp
red chile powder
½
lime juiced
1
tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Can be made up to 3 days in advance.
