sprouts

small handful
pickled carrots
or shredded carrots
optional protein or veggies
seitan, turkey breast, cucumber, red onion, tomato, or avocado
Instructions
Spread the goat or cream cheese onto both slices of bread.
Arrange pickled carrots, sprouts, and any optional protein or veggies on top of the cheese layer. Close sandwich and enjoy.
